Fire Station 2
Headquarters Station located downtown at 434 S. Elm Street houses Ladder 2 and Engine 2. Also found at Headquarters is the Fire Department Shop, Administrative Offices and staff. Ladder 2′s personnel are part of the Departments Haz-Mat Response Team. Engine 2′s personnel are part of the Departments Public Education Team. The current station was built in 1967 with a land value of $40,825.00, construction cost of $528,291.00, and a total square footage of 38,016 sq. feet.
